Edge Careers is supporting a Derby-based, family-owned regional contractor with a strong reputation for quality and staff retention. They deliver £5m–£30m projects across education, commercial, industrial and leisure sectors, predominantly via JCT Design & Build contracts.

They now seek an experienced Senior Design Manager to take a lead role across one of their projects. You will lead the design process from pre-construction through to delivery, coordinate consultants and the wider project

• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team
• Manage design programmes, quality and compliance
• Take lead design responsibility across projects
• Report directly to the Head of Design
• Take on greater responsibility within a growing business

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Design Manager to join a well-established, family-owned regional contractor based in Derby, known for its strong reputation, quality of work and excellent staff retention.

The business delivers £5m–£30m projects across the education, commercial, industrial and leisure sectors, with the majority of projects delivered through JCT Design & Build contracts.

Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, they are looking to appoint a Senior Design Manager to take a lead role across one of their projects.
