Saxton Recruitment is seeking a Senior Design Manager for a leading Tier 1 contractor in Birmingham to deliver projects from pre-construction through to handover, with a track record on projects around £5m+.

The role carries a basic salary of £62,500–£72,500 (negotiable DOE), a Company Car Allowance of £6,500, 29 days of annual leave (plus buy/sell holiday), an excellent company bonus scheme, and a generous pension (6%/6%). Flexible working including WFH is available.

Design Manager - Tier 1 Contractor

Senior Design Manager - a leading Tier 1 Contractor is searching for a Design Manager to join the expanding team based in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a Design Manager to deliver award-winning projects from pre-construction phase through to handover.

Our client has a full order book delivering schools, colleges, commercial, blue-light and custodial projects across the West Midlands ranging from £10m - £100m.
