Job summary

GE Vernova Grid Solutions is seeking a seasoned Team Leader for the GSI Secondary Design Engineering team. You will act as the technical authority for C&P systems on HV/EHV substation and FACTS projects, delivering end-to-end design across global EPC programs.

You will lead, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and project milestones while balancing Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Budget within the EMH framework.

Qualifications

• Lead technical authority for C&P systems within HV/EHV substations and FACTS projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex EPC project interfaces and deliverables.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams and subcontracted design work.

Responsibilities

• Provide final technical sign-off for secondary design packages per IEEE, IEC, SEEN and NG standards.
• Lead the team through full project lifecycle and design freeze milestones.
• Mentor team members and manage resource planning to ensure on-time delivery.
