Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Experience in foundation engineering, geotechnical design, or ground engineering.
• Strong knowledge of foundation design, retaining structures and ground improvement.
• Experience with PLAXIS, WALLAP, Oasys Suite and AutoCAD desirable.
• Excellent technical, communication and leadership skills.
• Proactive with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design of piled foundations, retaining structures and ground improvement schemes.
• Designing ground anchors, soil nails and other specialist geotechnical solutions.
• Reviewing and checking engineering calculations and technical reports.
• Providing technical guidance and support throughout project delivery.
• Liaising with project managers, site teams and clients to resolve engineering challenges.
• Mentoring graduate and junior engineers.
• Driving innovation and promoting best practice across the design team.
