EKFB is delivering major civil works for HS2, coordinating extensive utilities and multi-disciplinary design to meet the integrated design and consenting programme. The role ensures buildability, timely design deliveries and strong collaboration with design leads and construction teams.

You will support commercial aspects of design contracts, manage design risk and ensure CDM 2015 compliance while fostering an inclusive, safe working environment across the project.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design management for large-scale civil engineering projects.
• Ability to manage design delivery and consents integration.
• Experience coordinating with commercial and project controls.
• Experience in utilities projects is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage, enable and monitor the timely delivery of integrated design and design-consenting programmes in line with the construction and overall project programme.
• Provide overall technical accountability for the coordination of designs involving multiple disciplines and their buildability.
• Liaise with Design Discipline Leads and SMT to ensure consistent design delivery across the project.
• Ensure Designers' requirements for reliance information are articulated and actioned by EKFB personnel; guide liaison with construction on topics like utilities coordination.
