Job summary

PHINIA Delphi UK Ltd - (UK) is seeking a senior planner to translate customer demand into achievable manufacturing and supply plans. You will balance capacity, inventory, and operational efficiency while coordinating across functions.

The role requires 3+ years in planning disciplines, experience in automotive supply chains, and a degree in a related field. On-site location in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. Competitive rewards package included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning or S&OP.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or Tier 1/2 supply chains is preferred.
• Degree in related field; APICS/CPIM/CSCP certifications are advantageous.
• Lean/Six Sigma qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production within the product line to meet MPS targets.
• Lead production management to optimise uptime and efficiency.
• Reflect customer demand in SAP/ERP and manage releases.
• Maintain rolling manufacturing and build plans across functions.
• Translate demand into Master Production Schedule aligned with capacity.
• Monitor capacity vs demand and drive recovery actions when needed.
• Support new product launches and product transitions.
• Escalate risks early with clear ownership and action plans.
