Job summary

E3 Recruitment is partnering with a global speciality chemicals manufacturer to recruit a Supply Chain Planner for its UK operation. You will own demand planning, inventory management and S&OP, collaborating with sales, manufacturing and logistics to optimise stock and service levels.

The role offers exposure to international operations, with a focus on OTIF performance and strong customer service. Experience in SAP and Excel is essential, with a track record in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Responsible for demand planning, inventory management, replenishment and S&OP processes to maintain optimal stock levels and deliver strong customer service and OTIF performance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using SAP.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience supporting S&OP / Sales & Operations Planning processes.
• Inventory and stock management experience.
• Customer demand forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer demand forecasts and consumption requirements.
• Lead and support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) activities.
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple storage and distribution locations.
• Drive inventory planning and replenishment strategies.
• Manage OTIF performance and customer service metrics.
