Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior experience in supply, production or demand planning.
• Experience in Tier 1 or high-volume automotive environment.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, scheduling, capacity planning and inventory management.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP and Excel.
• Leadership or supervisory experience desirable.
• Data analysis and problem-solving in forecast management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Experience with APICS/CPIM and EDI exposure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the rolling manufacturing plan and MPS aligned to capacity, materials, and inventory.
• Coordinate and drive the site S&OP process with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Programme Management, Sales, and others.
• Lead weekly and daily build-plan reviews, identifying bottlenecks and driving actions to protect uptime and efficiency.
• Manage demand and customer planning in SAP/ERP, including scheduling agreements, order/release coordination, and EDI error resolution.
• Monitor and improve finished-goods inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and address abnormal stock conditions.
• Escalate risks early and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning stability and delivery performance.
