You will balance production capacity, inventory, and on-time delivery while working with SAP/ERP and cross-functional teams. You will lead S&OP and production planning, monitor capacity versus demand, drive improvements, and support new product launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning or S&OP.
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing supply chains is preferred.
• Degree and professional certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer demand into achievable production and supply plans.
• Lead weekly S&OP and daily build-plan reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor capacity vs. demand and drive recovery actions when needed.
• Maintain accurate MRP parameters and coordinate inventory planning.
