E3 Recruitment represents a global speciality chemical manufacturer seeking a Supply Chain Planner to own demand planning, inventory management and S&OP in the UK. You will work closely with customers, sales, manufacturing and logistics to optimise stock and service levels.

The role requires at least 3 years in manufacturing supply chains, experience with SAP and strong Excel skills, plus the ability to drive OTIF and customer service metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience forecasting demand and planning inventory across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate logistcs clearly.
• Experience supporting S&OP processes and driving OTIF performance.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.

• Own customer demand forecasts and consumption planning.
• Lead and support S&OP activities.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels across locations.
• Drive replenishment strategies and inventory performance.
• Manage OTIF metrics and customer service performance.
