Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Cheltenham seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to lead IT and digital delivery across multiple workstreams within the Secure Government division. You will shape delivery strategies, oversee governance, and manage senior stakeholders in high-security projects.

The role requires agile, DevOps and hybrid delivery expertise, with a focus on risk management and performance. You will guide engineering and multidisciplinary teams, drive delivery momentum, and ensure security and resilience

Qualifications

Extensive IT or digital delivery leadership experience in complex or secure environments.
Ability to shape delivery strategies and govern multi-workstream programs.
Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders and guiding hybrid delivery models.
