Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Manager in its Secure Government division to enable infrastructure transformation and lead delivery across work packages and delivery teams. You will work directly with clients to shape delivery approaches, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement within both structured and agile environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex delivery projects.
• Infrastructure transformation delivery in structured or agile environments.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationships.
• Analytical with ability to present insights clearly.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple work packages.
• Strong facilitation across meetings and workshops.
• Commercial understanding of project financials and supply chain.
• Experience with NEC4 contracts and/or CEMAR is advantageous.

• Manage defined work packages or small–to–medium projects.
• Ensure delivery meets scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Shape delivery approaches with clients.
• Manage risks and dependencies across activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes.

• Analyse performance and provide clear reporting.
• Guide team activity and drive continuous improvement.
• Operate with autonomy while maintaining delivery discipline.
• Represent the Transformation Solution Practice and build client confidence.
