Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking a Programme Manager in its Secure Government division to coordinate and oversee multiple digital projects. The role ensures alignment with strategic outcomes, manages risks and resources, and acts as the link between senior stakeholders, delivery teams and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing digital programmes, strong governance skills, and the ability to report clearly on progress, risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing digital programmes or multiple interrelated digital projects.
• Ability to coordinate delivery across workstreams to meet strategic objectives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders, partners and suppliers.
• Experience developing programme plans, roadmaps and risk registers.
• Ability to analyse complex information and provide clear reporting and recommendations.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness including forecasting and supplier oversight.

• Ensure all projects collectively achieve agreed strategic outcomes.
• Provide structure, direction and alignment across workstreams.
