Job summary

You will work directly with clients, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive digital transformation while maintaining delivery discipline. Hybrid working is available, with onsite collaboration required for certain Secure Government projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading diverse technical specialists across complex supply chains.
• Experience delivering work packages or projects within structured or agile environments.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and quality to meet client expectations.

• Analyse performance and produce clear, insightful reporting.
• Guide team activity and support continuous improvement.
• Operate with autonomy while maintaining strong delivery discipline.
• Represent the Transformation Solution Practice and build client confidence.
