Job summary

Identify Solutions in Leeds is seeking Senior & Lead Delivery Managers for client-facing delivery roles. You will work on complex software, cloud, data and AI programmes across the public sector and wider tech-for-good landscape.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships with customers and leading multidisciplinary teams in an Agile setting. Candidates must attend the Leeds office 3 days per week and be eligible for SC Clearance.

Qualifications

• Delivering complex software or digital transformation programmes.
• Experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Architecture, QA and UX/UCD.
• Managing delivery plans, governance, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Operating within Agile delivery environments.
• Public sector experience beneficial but not essential; client-facing consultancy or supplier delivery experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital services that solve real-world problems for customers.
• Work closely with customers, Engineers, Architects, QA and UX/UCD teams to deliver outcomes.
• Balance delivery excellence with stakeholder management in customer-facing environments.
