Job summary

Neural Concept is seeking a seasoned Deployment Engineer to own enterprise platform deployments for named customers, from architecture conversations through go-live and steady-state operation. You will integrate the platform with customers' IAM, data, and engineering stacks, support their IT and security teams, and ensure reliability in complex, air-gapped or regulated environments.

You will travel within Europe, work across time zones as needed, and enjoy a remote-friendly, hybrid model (20%

Qualifications

• 6+ years deploying enterprise software in production.
• Deep Kubernetes knowledge: charts, manifests, start failures.
• OIDC and SAML identity fundamentals.
• Linux networking TLS, DNS, routing, ingress.
• Storage: persistent volumes and CSI.
• Professional English and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment from architecture to go-live and steady-state.
• Integrate with identity, data, engineering systems and infra.
• Coordinate with IT, security, and platform teams.
• Diagnose issues including external causes and runbooks.
• Create runbooks, post-mortems, and improve future deployments.
