• Experience delivering user-centred digital services in the public sector.
• Familiarity with public sector standards and principles such as the GDS Service Manual.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on Senior Delivery Manager for client projects or across a client portfolio.
• Support recruitment and line management for Delivery Managers and junior staff.
• Support sales/pre-sales and bid processes and define statements of work.
• Promote agile delivery, remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies.
