As a Senior Delivery Manager at Third Bridge, you'll spearhead critical product enhancement and deployment projects, directly shaping the future of our market-leading investment research solutions. What will you do?
You'll take ownership of complex technology initiatives, driving them from initial concept to successful launch. You'll be the engine of efficient delivery, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed the expectations of our demanding client base of over 1,000 leading investment firms. Your focus will be on practical application, delivering real value through streamlined processes and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiative Leadership: Drive end-to-end delivery of complex product enhancement and deployment projects.
Delivery Excellence: Continuously monitor progress, proactively manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively across multiple delivery teams and manage interdependencies seamlessly.
Release Management: Develop and execute detailed release plans in alignment with product strategy and stakeholder needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and business teams to define and refine requirements.
Backlog Management: Work with product and engineering leadership to prioritise initiatives and maintain a clear backlog.
Requirements Refinement: Partner with business analysts and development teams to ensure clear and actionable requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Track key delivery metrics, communicate status effectively, and identify areas for improvement.
Culture Cultivation: Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on continuous learning.
Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach and mentor other Delivery Managers and contribute to relevant knowledge-sharing initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: Technical project/delivery management, ideally within a SaaS environment.
Prioritization & Decision-Making: Proven ability to prioritise competing demands, leveraging data to inform decisions and communicate trade-offs effectively.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring quality.
Team Building: Demonstrated ability to foster inclusive and collaborative high-performing teams.
Methodology Agility: Strong understanding and practical application of both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional project management methodologies.
Communication Prowess: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Tool Familiarity: Proficiency with delivery management tools, such as Jira.
Relationship Building: Ability to navigate complex organizations and build strong, collaborative relationships.
Drive & Initiative: A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to achieving results.
Bonus: Experience within the financial services or information services sector, or familiarity with the needs of investment professionals.
