ROLE PROFILE:

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Infrastructure & Cloud Division of LSEG as the Programme Management Office (PMO) during a period of growth. Innovation is core to our strategy, and we must evolve to meet future ambitions while managing our infrastructure, risk, and resilience. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Change Delivery and collaborate with key stakeholders across business units and functions, especially the Group Transformation Management Office.

ROLE SUMMARY:

We seek a Technical Delivery Manager with experience in Product Management and Agile methodologies to support a new multi-million dollar programme aimed at modernizing our Real Time Data and Analytics Platform (FTRP), focusing on Infrastructure and Cloud (I&C). This initiative involves deploying new technology through a complex technical team and expanding a data and analytics platform used for engineering infrastructure planning and strategy. The goal is to grow the platform with new features aligning with stakeholder needs while formalizing governance and transitioning the delivery function into a permanent capability.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  1. Lead delivery for I&C workstreams across Cloud, Networks, and Platform Engineering.
  2. Coordinate cross-functional planning, working with business and partner programs to manage dependencies and prioritization.
  3. Manage the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing user stories and features based on business needs.
  4. Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to foster collaboration and consensus.
  5. Facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  6. Ensure transparency through reporting and use data to advise on progress and improvements.
  7. Define and monitor metrics to drive delivery efficiency and quality.
  8. Manage dependencies, risks, and issues proactively, documenting assumptions and planning mitigations.
  9. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and practices.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  1. Experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic projects as a Delivery Manager, Product Manager, or Scrum Master with successful outcomes using agile and lean principles.
  2. Strong data literacy and experience working with data in projects, with an understanding of data principles and methodologies.
  3. Experience gathering and interpreting customer requirements, similar to a Technical Business Analyst or Product Manager role.
  4. Familiarity with product design & development and product methodologies.
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and planning/tracking tools such as JIRA or Asana.
  6. Experience with Technology Infrastructure Change or Business Intelligence delivery programs is desirable.
