Job Opportunity: Senior Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to join a highly regarded digital agency based in Bristol.

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience

Working pattern: Full-time or part-time (4 days per week) considered. Very flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Required skills and experience

• Extensive experience managing digital projects involving research, strategy, design, and development, with strong agile delivery skills.
• Proficiency with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience managing complex web projects valued between £150k and £500k+.
• Agency experience preferred, with excellent client management, collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, UX, and strategists to deliver optimal outcomes within budget and time constraints.
• Strong leadership, line management, and coaching skills, inspiring and motivating team members.
