London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to join the Product Engineering Risk Technology team in the UK. The role reports to the Senior Delivery Manager and leads all aspects of the technical delivery of large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment between technology and business strategy.

Validated experience of working in a software delivery role.
Partner engagement experience in a complex environment.
Experience of working in a high-paced setting with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Clarify project scope and drive governance to baseline scope and changes.
Plan activities to deliver against roadmaps and manage dependencies.
Ensure engineering work delivers on time and budget; manage interdependencies; use JIRA.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions.
Coordinate across dependent teams to align plans and schedules.
Influence decisions to demonstrate business benefits and secure approvals.
Report status weekly with clear, concise updates.
Engage with partners across Technology for consistent communication.
