Job summary

PwC’s Customer and Service Excellence Technology team is seeking a Senior Manager - Technical Delivery Lead to drive complex programmes that bridge business needs and technology. You will lead multi-team delivery, align governance and budgets, and shape proposals with senior stakeholders across PwC and client partners.

You will work with partners and Directors to construct delivery approaches, team structures, estimates and commercials, while nurturing trusted relationships for future growth

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex, multi-team technology programmes.
• Experience delivering customer technology platforms (CRM, service, contact centre or digital channels).
• Experience shaping proposals and developing client opportunities, growing accounts and managing engagement commercials.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple teams, covering design, build, testing, release and handover.
• Own integrated delivery plans, governance, budgets, forecasting, risks and dependencies; update senior stakeholders.
• Shape proposals and new opportunities with Partners and Directors, including delivery approaches and commercials.
• Lead and develop blended teams across PwC, clients, technology partners and offshore locations.
