Job summary

PwC in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Manager - Technical Delivery Lead to drive complex technology programmes, combining business and technology to deliver modern customer platforms.

You will lead multi‑team delivery, shape proposals and opportunities, manage budgets and forecasts, and build trusted relationships with clients, partners and offshore teams. This role offers meaningful client impact and exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Lead complex technology programmes across multiple teams with accountability for outcomes.
• Bridge business and technology to deliver modern customer platforms.
• Experience with customer technology platforms and CRM solutions is advantageous.
• Shape proposals, opportunities and engagement commercials with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple teams, covering design, build, testing, release and handover.
• Own integrated delivery plans, governance, budgets, forecasting, risks and dependencies with updates to senior client stakeholders.
• Work with Partners and Directors to shape proposals, delivery approaches, teams and commercials.
• Lead blended teams across PwC, clients, technology partners and offshore locations.
