Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced senior delivery leader to drive large-scale digital transformation programmes for strategic Consumer Goods clients in the UK. You will govern delivery, orchestrate cross-domain teams, and ensure resilient, scalable operations while shaping strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes.

This senior, client-facing role operates at executive level with multi-million portfolios. The role is hybrid, combining Capgemini offices, client sites and home working.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex global delivery programmes (£20m+).
• Experienced as executive escalation point and senior delivery partner.
• Proven track record delivering global tech transformation at scale in agile product & platform models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery strategy and roadmaps.
• Orchestrate cross-domain teams and dependencies.
• Govern delivery performance and risk management.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with pace.
• Drive reliability, scalability, and secure-by-design delivery.
