Job summary

TXP, a UK-based tech and digital transformation partner, is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of digital, application development and modernization projects. This hybrid role involves regular client engagement and collaboration with our Birmingham office.

You will lead delivery teams, manage plans and risks, coach cross-functional teams, and drive agile practices to ensure on-time, on-budget value for clients. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects in a consulting or client-facing setting.
• Experience as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Build relationships with clients and act as trusted adviser through project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and coaching to cross-functional delivery teams.

• Ensure solutions meet client requirements and deliver business value.
• Communicate progress, risks and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and ways of working.
• Promote a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on quality and customer success.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to join our team and ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Our Technology Division has been trusted for more than a decade to deliver mission-critical digital development projects to a range of industries around the world. Our projects cover the entire delivery lifecycle from capturing initial business requirements, through to code development, QA activities – all the way through to release and ongoing production support.

Each TXP engagement is delivered with a strong backbone of solution and project governance; and where appropriate we deliver via standardised “as a service” offerings.

We believe that outcome-focused delivery governance is critical to delivering value to our clients. Our engagements are typically delivered following an Agile approach blended with key project management practices to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the expected quality.

This hybrid role will involve some regular travel to meet with clients and to our Birmingham office

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital, application development, and modernisation projects.

• Ensure solutions meet client requirements and deliver tangible business value.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Promote a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on quality and customer success.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects within a consulting, professional services, or client-facing environment.
• Experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and risk management capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and modern application delivery practices.
• Experience with project and delivery management tools.
