Job summary

Kinetic Alliance is seeking a Delegate Acquisition Executive for an office-based role in Bristol, UK. You will research, target, and engage senior executives, persuading them to attend our exclusive events. Work closely with sales and events teams to convert interest into bookings, in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

This is a fully office-based role in Bristol with on-site requirements. Training provided, with uncapped commission and regular incentives for top performers.

Qualifications

• CRM familiarity and ability to manage contact data
• Proven ability to research and identify senior decision-makers
• Excellent communication when engaging executives
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple events
• Comfort with targets and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Hunting down the right delegates via LinkedIn, CRM tools and research.
• Pitching senior leaders by phone, email and LinkedIn to attend events.
• Building rapport and converting interest into confirmed bookings.
• Maintaining a clean, up-to-date CRM system.
• Hitting individual and team targets.
