Job summary

Capita's Selborne project in Helensburgh seeks a Senior Educator to coach trainers, deliver teacher training, and support Defence education initiatives.

You'll lead observations, develop CPD programmes for Defence Trainers (military and civilian), and provide coaching to staff and trainees, while helping shape future training capabilities and educational projects. This is a full-time, on-site role with security clearance.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (or equivalent).
• Experience in training delivery in the adult learning sector is highly beneficial.
• A passion for delivering training and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a teacher training and assessment programme (QCF Level 3 Award in Education and Training and Care of Trainees).
• Conduct teaching observations in support of Ofsted requirements and teacher development.
• Deliver CPD programmes to Defence Trainers (military and civilian).
• Provide coaching and mentoring support for staff and trainee development.
