Job summary

Landmarc Solutions is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead pre-construction programmes from £200K to £10M, shaping UK Defence Training Estate projects at Longmoor Camp, Hampshire. This permanent, office-based role is Mon-Fri, 37 hours with travel in the South East.

You will oversee pre-construction strategy, design assurance and risk management, and provide project assurance as schemes move into delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong construction project management background.
• Knowledge of CDM, COSHH, LOLER and PUWER.
• PRINCE2, MSP, APM PMQ (or similar) qualifications.
• HND+ in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction strategy and develop client briefs.
• Oversee design assurance, CDM compliance and risk management.
• Provide project assurance as schemes move into delivery.
• Influence a wide range of infrastructure projects including accommodation, dining facilities, urban training environments and digital training systems.
• Support major M&E upgrades aligned to net-zero objectives.
