Job summary

SNC Mission Systems UK in St Athan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of complex mission systems projects for UK Government and allies. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, budget and risk, and ensure alignment with customer requirements and state-of-the-art ISR capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related field.
8+ years leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
PM frameworks: Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile PM.
Experience in Defence, aerospace or engineering sectors.
APM PMQ demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules and resources.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution and delivery of complex projects.
Coordinate bid submissions, inputs, approvals, schedules and requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk and communications.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and internal teams.
Mentor junior project managers and drive governance and reporting to senior leadership.
