Job summary

North Highland is seeking a Senior Consultant to help shape and deliver growth within the Public Sector, focusing on Defence and National Security. You will work closely with Public Sector leadership to drive strategy and deliver complex client engagements.

You will contribute to business development, mentor junior staff, and apply North Highland’s capabilities across strategy, technology, change management, data analytics, and program management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable management consulting experience with Defence and National Security focus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to build consensus and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business development and client delivery across Defence and National Security clients.
• Mentor junior consultants on client engagements.
• Develop expertise across North Highland’s capabilities: Strategy, Technology, Change Management, Data & Analytics, Program Management.
• Work on site 3–4 days per week as required by the project.
