North Highland in London is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Experience Practice, translating strategy into practical outcomes for clients. You will own delivery of workstreams, coordinate activities, manage risks, and ensure client value.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, workshops, mentoring junior members, and contributing to proposals and knowledge sharing. You will apply critical thinking and responsibly use AI tools to accelerate delivery while upholding firm standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting or equivalent advisory environment.
• Own and deliver a defined workstream end-to-end with outcome accountability.
• Ability to understand client challenges, shape solutions, and bring structure to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end workstreams with planning, activities, risks, and outcomes.
• Navigate stakeholder priorities and resolve conflicts as needed.
• Build client relationships and present findings to senior audiences.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and support their development.
• Support proposals, pricing, and pitch content; contribute to knowledge sharing.
