Job summary

Priory Hospital Roehampton is seeking a DBT Lead Therapist to lead the DBT programme, provide clinical leadership to the DBT team, and deliver individual and group DBT interventions. The role requires a DBT Foundation Training and a background as a CBT or Integrative Therapist.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan and implement tailored care, supporting patient recovery and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• DBT Foundation Training accredited by British Isles DBT Training.
• Core DBT competency including skills training and individual therapy.
• Ability to apply DBT within a clinical setting and maintain model fidelity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the DBT programme at Priory Hospital Roehampton.
• Provide clinical leadership, supervision and support to the DBT team.
• Deliver and oversee DBT interventions, including individual therapy and group work.
• Support assessment, formulation, and treatment planning for complex needs.
• Monitor patient progress and contribute to governance and service improvement.
• Develop DBT-informed practice across the service through training and collaboration.
• Promote a compassionate, recovery-focused therapeutic environment.
