Job summary

EQ Retirement Solutions, part of Equiniti, is seeking a Senior Pensions Technical Analyst to lead end-to-end Defined Benefit pension scheme events and related projects. You will ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and provide expert pensions knowledge to clients and members.

The role requires extensive UK DB pensions experience and the ability to manage multiple complex projects within tight deadlines, while supporting governance and risk management processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within UK Defined Benefit pensions administration.
• Strong understanding of DB pension legislation and scheme rules.
• Experience managing annual pension scheme events, actuarial valuations and rectification projects.
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Governance, risk management and controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DB pension scheme events including increases, GMP, ABS.
• Manage actuarial valuation activities and data queries.
• Plan and deliver ad-hoc pension projects and rectifications.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and client deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance to clients, members and stakeholders.
