Qualifications

• Hands-on Defined Benefit (DB) pensions administration experience is essential.
• Experience with defined benefit member calculations and complex cases is required.
• Ability to guide and support junior colleagues in the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Defined Benefit pension administration activities.
• Perform complex member benefit calculations.
• Handle complex member cases and queries.
• Prepare and collate pension documentation for schemes.
• Maintain accurate member records and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to junior team members.
• Support quality and completion within deadlines.
• Contribute to process improvements and team development.
