Qualifications

• Experience handling complex DB pension calculations and member entitlements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Defined Benefit pension administration activities across schemes.
• Complete accurate calculations for member entitlements.
• Take ownership of complex cases and respond to queries.
• Prepare and collate pension documentation and maintain records.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and support quality standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and client outcomes.
