Faculty is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to act as a technical expert who thrives on complexity and commercial impact. You will set the technical direction and ensure high-quality, scalable delivery of high-impact projects.

This role combines ML depth with strategic oversight to define roadmaps, manage risk, and mentor teams while shaping technical standards and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven project management expertise with actionable workstreams.
• Ability to drive long-term strategic client relationships.
• Depth in at least one ML domain and breadth across DS.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and tool deployment experience.
• Ability to manage ill-defined, high-risk tasks under pressure.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Eng/Commercial/Infra.
• Experience influencing business-unit level initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for complex, high-impact projects.
• Design and implement production-grade ML solutions with documentation.
• Define roadmaps and oversee end-to-end delivery across teams.
• Lead scoping and feasibility studies for high-value opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and align with commercial goals.
