Qualifications

• Strong commercial data science experience in regulated environments.
• Advanced Python for modelling and analytics development.
• Hands-on ML techniques including XGBoost and statistical modelling.
• Ability to deliver DS projects from problem definition to implementation.
• Proven stakeholder management and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead DS projects that support pricing strategy and commercial decision-making.
• Build and enhance ML/statistical models using complex datasets.
• Tackle strategic and ad hoc analytical challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analyses.
• Mentor junior Data Scientists and work with MLOps for productionisation.
• Contribute to research and experimentation in pricing analytics.
