Muzz in London is seeking a data scientist with 6+ years of experience to drive personalization and commercial insights across our platform. You will partner with product, engineering and growth to unlock value as we expand into new markets.

You will own production ML systems, mentor teammates, and explore AI tools to raise the bar for the team, delivering measurable impact for millions of users. Hybrid role with 3 days in the office, based in London, offering an equity-forward, rapidly growing

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data science or ML engineering.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with production ML pipelines.
• Experience in designing and conducting A/B experiments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Commercial mindset with product understanding.

Responsibilities

• Understand user behaviour and metrics to generate actionable insights for product and marketing.
• Work closely with product, engineering and growth teams to drive growth and optimize products as we expand into new markets.
• Own and evolve production ML systems behind personalization and recommendations serving millions of users.
• Experiment with AI tools and set best practices for the team to leverage them effectively.
• Mentor analysts and data scientists, helping shape technical standards and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end ML projects from framing problems to shipping in live systems.
