Muzz is seeking a smart data scientist to join our global Data team. You will own marketing measurement, build models for UA, and work with marketing, growth and product stakeholders to unlock growth opportunities.

With 4+ years in analytics, you will apply Python/SQL, experimental design and causal inference to inform our marketing strategy and product optimizations. Equity and UK benefits are offered in a full-time role.

Formación

• 4+ years in data science, analytics or marketing-focused roles.
• Strong Python and SQL fundamentals with statistics background.
• Experience with experimentation and causal inference methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.
• Commercial mindset and ability to derive insights for growth.

Responsabilidades

• Own measurement in marketing and evaluate global campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth and product teams on data-driven strategies.
• Build models to support UA, including alerting and MMMs.
• Develop MVPs and experiments to prove value quickly.
• Explore optimization ideas across marketing and product data domains.
• Present findings to stakeholders and influence growth decisions.
