Qualifications

• 4+ years in data science, analytics, or marketing-focused roles.
• Strong Python and SQL knowledge.
• Statistical methods for predictive modelling and forecasting.
• Experimental design and causal inference (geo holdouts, synthetic control, power analysis).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to non-technical audiences.
• Commercial mindset to use customer insights for marketing/product optimization.
• Passionate about solving complex data problems.
• Experience in data-focused marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow the company and optimize products as we expand globally.
• Own measurement in marketing; assess performance of global marketing activities.
• Collaborate with marketing leaders, growth managers, and product managers to create data-driven strategies.
• Build models to support the UA team including automated campaign alerting, signal engineering and MMMs.
• Explore new ideas and MVPs to prove value.
• Analyze data across marketing and product to tackle high-impact challenges.
