You will define architecture, raise ML standards and coach strong technical teams, turning an early product vision into scalable production systems while staying deeply technical and delivery-focused.

Qualifications

• Experience in ML for search, ranking, recommendations or personalisation.
• Expertise with sequential modelling and embeddings.
• Strong Python and ML framework skills; cloud platforms including AWS or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and raise engineering and ML standards for scalable systems.
• Lead hands-on development turning product vision into production systems.
• Coach and mentor other ML specialists while staying deeply technical.
• Collaborate with product, data and engineering leaders to align vision and delivery.
• Design and influence retrieval, ranking and recommendation systems.
