Job summary

Muzz, the world's largest Muslim dating and marriage app, is looking for a smart and ambitious data scientist to join the Data team in London. You will measure marketing performance and work on models to drive growth across markets.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, product and growth leads, build predictive models, run experiments, and present insights to non-technical audiences. Hybrid work and a focus on real impact make this role uniquely exciting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Data Scientist, Applied Scientist or marketing analytics role.
• Strong Python and SQL knowledge with statistical modelling experience.
• Experience with experimental design and causal inference.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate insights into growth actions.

Responsibilities

• Own measurement in marketing and assess global campaigns.
• Build models to support growth across markets and UA teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth and product to drive data-driven strategies.
• Develop MVPs and exploratory analyses to prove value.
• Work on marketing attribution, MMMs and signal engineering.
• Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
