Job summary

Awin Ltd is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to leverage data across the group, building advanced analytical and ML capabilities to support commercial decision-making and product enhancements used by client-facing teams.

Responsibilities include leading ML, forecasting, and analytical solutions, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data teams, and delivering scalable, production-ready pipelines with strong governance and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn).
• Experience delivering end-to-end ML solutions from discovery to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of ML, forecasting, and analytical solutions with measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Design and implement robust evaluation frameworks, experiments, and success metrics.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor other data scientists across the team.
