Awin Ltd is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop and deploy machine learning, forecasting, and analytical solutions that drive business impact across the organization. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate challenges into scalable data-driven outcomes.

You will mentor other data scientists, define evaluation frameworks, and promote best practices for model development, monitoring, and governance while advancing the companys analytics roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, ML engineer, or similar
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (NumPy, PySpark, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience delivering ML/analytical solutions from discovery to deployment
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of ML, forecasting, recommendation, and analytical solutions with measurable business impact
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
• Design evaluation frameworks, experiments, and success metrics to measure outcomes
• Provide technical leadership and promote best practices in model development, governance, and deployment
