Soho House is seeking a hands-on Lead Data Scientist to own ML across Membership, Food & Beverage, Operations, Digital and Events in London. You will turn our datasets into predictive and prescriptive products that improve member experience and operational planning.

You will take models from idea to production, monitor performance, and raise the bar on measurement across analytics teams, partnering with stakeholders to prioritise high-value work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on DS across problems like classification, forecasting and clustering.
• Proven track record of taking models from idea to production and maintaining them.
• Strong Python and data science ecosystem proficiency.
• Deep grounding in statistics, experimentation and causal inference (A/B testing).
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to frame business questions.

Responsabilités

• Own design, build and improve Soho House's ML portfolio, including churn and recommendation engines.
• Set up ML Ops standards and production pipelines with Data Engineering (GCP, Snowflake, Airflow).
• Define advanced measurement frameworks and coach analysts across the team.
• Partner with Membership, Marketing/CRM, Digital, Operations and Finance to prioritise a data science roadmap.
