Soho House & Co is seeking a senior leader to drive Group Insight & Analysis, shaping AI-enabled analytics and data strategy across Membership, Food & Drink, Rooms, Health & Wellbeing and strategic space planning.

The Director will lead a team of senior professionals, partnering with Digital and Data Science to embed advanced analytics, dashboards and predictive modelling, while guiding FP&A budgeting and forecasting with site-level insights.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in senior insight, analytics or commercial finance leadership roles within complex, multi-site hospitality businesses.
• Proven track record driving trade performance through forward-looking insight, with cross-functional growth projects like pricing and cost management.
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles with site-level commercial insight, translating data into planning inputs.

• Drive trade-driven initiatives through forward-looking insight that identifies commercial value and growth opportunities.
• Own and manage cross-business projects including pricing, cost management and other growth plans with insight-led decisions.
• Support FP&A budgeting and forecasting with site-level insight to inform trade and operational planning.
• Lead AI-enabled analytics and data partnerships to embed advanced analytics and automation across the business.
• Lead a team of senior insight and analytics professionals and partner with Digital/Data Science teams to shape data architecture.
