Job summary

Hims & Hers in London is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to own end-to-end data projects, translating complex problems into robust ML models and production-ready code with strong autonomy.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Business teams to optimize operations, marketing and the customer experience, while upholding engineering standards and mentoring junior data scientists, contributing to scalable data platforms and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Science or ML Engineering with production models.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn.
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS or GCP) and ML Ops basics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end model lifecycle from data extraction to deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Finance to translate model outputs into business insights.
• Write production-ready, modular code and participate in code reviews.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts.
