Job summary

Ekimetrics in London seeks a Senior Analyst specialising in Data Science & Marketing Effectiveness to lead MMM programmes for international clients. You will manage teams, oversee end-to-end delivery, and ensure actionable insights reach senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.

You will build dashboards, apply econometrics and Bayesian methods, and translate complex results into practical recommendations, driving ROI and client success. Hybrid work with a central London base.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience in marketing effectiveness/MMM and analytics
• Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar tools
• Experience with Databricks, Azure or other cloud/data platforms is a plus
• Solid understanding of econometrics, regression analysis, Bayesian statistics, or other advanced modelling techniques
• Experience translating data and model outputs into actionable business recommendations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MMM and marketing effectiveness programmes for international clients across industries
• Manage teams and oversee project delivery, ensuring actionable insights for clients
• Build dashboards and visualisation tools to communicate insights using proprietary frameworks
• Translate analytics into clear, business-oriented recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Support clients in optimising marketing spend and understanding campaign performance
