Job summary

Ekimetrics is seeking an Associate Partner/Partner to lead strategic client relationships and the MMM & Marketing Effectiveness practice in London. You will own a portfolio of major programmes, shaping the growth of the UK business while maintaining rigorous scientific standards.

You will drive value for top brands by turning econometric insights into decisions, guiding budgets, scenarios and forecasting, and mentoring a growing team of experts across the Ekimetrics network.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading strategic client relationships and complex programmes in consulting or a similar professional services environment.
• Accountability for the commercial performance of a portfolio, including revenue growth and profitability.
• Deep expertise in marketing effectiveness and MMM, with a track record of turning analysis into strategic decisions at senior client level.
• Strong grounding in econometrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic clients and major MMM delivery across a portfolio of accounts.
• Define road maps for programmes from MMM and marketing effectiveness to broader business impact.
• Turn model outputs into actionable decisions, including budget optimisation and forecasts.
• Lead pitches, renewals and growth opportunities with CMOs, CFOs and commercial leaders.
• Build and coach a high-performing UK team and help shape the UK strategy for Ekimetrics.
