Hometrack Data Systems Limited is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to own the performance and evolution of our Automated Valuation Model (AVM) and related AI solutions. You will lead modeling efforts, explore new data sources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data science problems.

You will design experiments, monitor model drift, and deploy improvements in a regulated environment while communicating complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Formación

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field; strong Python programming and ML fundamentals.
• Experience in R&D settings, formulating hypotheses, running experiments, and drawing conclusions.
• Ability to translate business needs into data science problems and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve the Hometrack AVM and related models in production.
• Research new datasets and ML techniques to improve accuracy and AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, analysts, product managers and data engineers.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into data science problems and actionable projects.
